1. Using Tindy

Tindy is a decluttering companion that helps you sort your home and keep a record of items you donate, sell, or toss. You agree to use Tindy only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information.

You keep ownership of the data you add to Tindy, such as items, photos, and notes. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that content back to you so we can provide the service.

3. Beta software

Tindy is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or disappear, and data may occasionally be lost. We provide the beta on an as-is basis and appreciate your patience and feedback.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

Tindy is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tindy and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Tindy means you accept the updated terms.
